Product Arrived Melted:

-Some products, such as body butters and face creams, may arrive melted. This is not a problem! The melting of natural products is normal. If shipped in warm weather, the product may change in its consistency but it will not lose any beneficial properties. Simply place in the refrigerator until it hardens. After it hardens, you may store it at room temperature and enjoy! (Returns will not be accepted for melted products.)

Returns:

- Returns are accepted if shipped back within 7 days of product delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in it's original condition. ​

 - If a product arrives leaking or damaged, you may contact info@essentialskinshop.com and a replacement will be issued.

Shipping:
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days of payment confirmation.
- At this time, shipping is only offered within the U.S and Canada.
- Shipping is free for all orders over $30.

Delivery Time:
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Typically, orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days after shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
- While we strive to ensure the safe delivery of all packages, Essential Skin Shop cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
