Product Arrived Melted:

-Some products, such as body butters and face creams, may arrive melted. This is not a problem! The melting of natural products is normal. If shipped in warm weather, the product may change in its consistency but it will not lose any beneficial properties. Simply place in the refrigerator until it hardens. After it hardens, you may store it at room temperature and enjoy!

Returns:

- Returns are accepted if shipped back within 30 days of product delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in it's original condition. ​

Shipping:
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days of payment confirmation.
- At this time, we only offer shipping within the U.S and Canada.
- Shipping is free for all USPS First-Class Mail or the buyer can select to pay and expedite the shipping process.

 

Delivery Time:
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Typically, orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
